It's not right that nearly one half of all survivors of domestic violence are marginalized due to disinformation and social beliefs about what a man should be. It is my hope that this site will help change that through informative articles, essays and discussion from survivors and their supportive friends and family.
If you are a male and have ever been abused by a partner, or are being abused by your partner, this is a place for you to come and share your story and seek support.
I started this site out of frustration about the lack of support in my town, state and country for men who have been (or are being) abused by their partners. I was myself severely psychologically abused by my ex-wife, which led to the complete destruction of my job and my finances.
Whether or not to reveal your real-life identity is up to you - no one will ever ask you for it. Friends and relatives looking to support their abused male friend or relative are also welcome.
Please read the site rules if this is your first visit. The rules are meant to ensure everyone's desired level of anonimity. This is a safe place.
Welcome, and please visit the forum if you have any questions.
